To all whom it may concern: _ Be it known that PENN RTVET CORPORA- TION, a corporation . duly organized under the laws of the State of Virginia, and located in the city of Philadelphia, county of Phila- delphia, and State of Pennsylvania, and do- ing business at Third and Huntingdon streets, in said city of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for safety-pins, in Class 40, Fancy goods, furnishings, and notions. A The trade mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since about May 1, 1921. _ The trade mark is applied or ailixed to the goodsby placing upon a package containing the goods a printed label upon which the trade mark is shown, or by applying the trade mark toa card to which the goods are attached.
