To all whom it may oo//we1°n.° 1 Be it known that we, BIANGHINI, FERIER, a firm domiciled in Lyon, France, doing business at 4 Rue Vaucanson, Lyon, France, and composed of the following members, CHARLES BIANCHINI and FRANQOIS Fiéninn, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for piece goods of silk, in Class 42, Knitted, netted, and textile fabrics. The trade-mark has been continuously used in our business since March 19, 1921. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by stamping, printing or otherwise impressing it upon the goods themselves, or by applying it in a similar manner to the wrappers, boxes or other packages contain- ing the goods. JEBVISIA Republic of France city of Lyon consulate of the United States of America ss: FRANQOIS FERIER being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is a member of the iirm, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the~ foregoing statement is true; that he believes said Hrm is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be cal- culated to deceive; that said mark was regis- tered in France March 19, 1921, No. 12,464; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
