To all whom if may concern' Be it known that I, GUISEPPINA COCCIOLA, a subjectof the King of Italy, residing at North Revere, in the coiuity of Suffolk and State of Massachusetts, and doing business at No. 47 Columbia Street, in said North Revere, have adopted and used the trade- mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for an herb tonic for stomach and kidney ailments, in Class No. 6, Chemicals, medi- cines, and pharmaceutical preparations. The tra de-mark has been continuously used in my business since November 15, 1920. State of Massachusetts, county of Suffolk, ss. GUISEPPINA COCCIOLA, being duly sworn, deposes and says that she is the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that she believes the foregoing statement is true; that she believes herself to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or associa- tion, to the best of her knowledge and be- lief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance there- to as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by her in commerce among the several States of the United States, and between the United States and foreign nations; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the trade-mark as ac- tually used upon the goods.
