To all 10}b077l it may concern : Be it known that THE, FEDERAL RUBBER COMPANY, a corporation organized and ex- isting under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, located at Cudahy, in the county of Milwaukee and State of \Viscon- sin, and doing business at said address, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for hoof pads made wholly or partly of rubber, in Class 3, Baggage, horse equipments, portfolios, and pocketbooks. 0 l _ J The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation and in thebusiness of its predecessors, the Federal Rubber Company, of VVisconsin, and the Federal Rubber Manufacturing Company, of Wisconsin, since January 1, 1910. State of Wisconsin, county of Milwaukee, ss: I, BENJABIIN H. PRATT, being duly sworn, depose and say that I am the vice-president of the corporation, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that I believe the foregoing statement to be true; that I believe said corporation to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, Erm, corporation, or associa- tion, to the best of my knowledge and be- lief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance there- to as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented herewith truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; and that the facsimiles show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
