To all whom it may c‘on0e1'n: Be it known that THE WANDER COMPANI, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, and located in the city of Chicago, county of Cook, in said State, and doing business at No. 37 South Wa.biash, Avenue, in the city of Chicago, State of Illinois, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for crystalline malt extract -with pure liquid paraffin, a nutrient and laxa- tive combination, in Class No. 6, Chemicals, medicines, and pharmaceutical preparations. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since Jan- uary 1, 1921. The trademark is applied or affixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. THE WANDER COMPANY, THOMAS J. WILD, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is the secretary of the corporation, the a.pplicant named in the fore- going statement; that he believes the fore- going statelnent is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade- mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto- as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; and that the speci- mens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
