I '01 all 'whom it concern .' Be it known that THE AMERICAN TOBACCO Co., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, and located in the city of New York, county of New York, and State of New York, and doing business at 111 Fifth Avenue, New York City, New York, has adopted_and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for smoking and chewing tobacco, in Class No. 17, Tobacco products. This trade-mark is printed on a tag or is printed, painted, and otherwise applied and aflixed to the wrappers of the goods and cases, packages, and other receptacles con- taining the same, and to invoices referring thereto.
