Be it known that I, JACOB PANTOSKEY, a citizen of the United States of America, re- siding in the city of San Francisco, county of San Francisco, State of California, and doing business under the name o-f PACIFIC PIPE Co., at No. 201 Howard Street, in said city and State, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing. The particular description of goods to which the said trade mark is appropriated, is iron and steel pipe fittings, in Class 13, Hardware and plumbing and steam fitting supplies. - . The said trade mark has been used con- tinuously in the business of the applicant since March 17, 1921. ' ' The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same by placing thereon printed tags or labels upon which the trade-mark is shown. JACOB PANTCSKEY, being 'duly sworn de- poses and says that he is the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he verily believes that the foregoing statement is true; that lie believes he is he owner of the trade- mark sought to be registered, that no other person, firm, corporation or association to the best of his knowledge and belief has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in such near resemblance thereto as might be calculat- ed to deceive; that such trade-mark is used by the applicant in commerce among the several ,States of the United States and that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be regis- tered and the specimens (or facsimiles) show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
