To all whom it may concern: Be it known that SAN ANTONIO MACHINE & SUPPLY COMPANY, a corporation duly or- ganized under the laws of the State of Texas, and located in the city of San An- tonio, in the county of Bexar and State of Texas, and doing business at 325 N. Centre Street, in the city of San Antonio, State of Texas, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawings, for in- ternal-combustion engines, in Class No. 23, Cutlery, machinery, and tools, and parts thereof, the trade-mark consisting of the fac- simile signature of the president of the com- pany. The trade-mark has been continuously used by the corporation in its business since March 1, 1921. The trade-mark is cast on the cylinders of the engines and is also applied thereto by metallic plates on which the mark is shown. SAN ANTONIO MACHINE & SUPPLY COMPANY, By C. C. KRUEGERA, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the vice-president of the corporation, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes said foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade- mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark, in the United States, either in the identical form, or in any such near resemblance thereto, as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark /,Z x is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States, that the description and drawing pre- sented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be, registered; and that the facsimiles show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
