Application filed January 21, 1921. Serial No. 142,550. STATEMENT. To all whom it may concern : Be it known that we, BLAZ-AWAY, a co~ partnership composed of FRANK G. F ISHER and LEONARD MOREY, citizens of the United States, located at Oakland, in the county of Alameda and State of California, and do- ing business at 1357 East 12th Street, Oak- land, California, have adopted for our use the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing. . The trademark has been continuously used in the business since September 24, 1920. The class of goods to which this trade- mark is applied is Class 1, Raw or partly prepared materials, and the principal de- scription ofthe goods comprised in said class, upon which the mark is used is kindling compounds. . The mark is applied or affixed to the goods or to the packages containing the goods by placing thereon a printed label on which the trademark is shown. BLAZ-AVVAY, By LEONARD MOREY. BLAZfAWAY DECLARATION. State of California county of Alameda ss: LEONARD MOREY, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is one of the partners of BLAZ-AWAY, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes that the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said company to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or as- sociation, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be cal- culated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said company in commerce among the several States of the United States and also between the United States and foreign nations, or Indian tribes, that the drawing presented truly represents the trade-mark sought to be registered; that the specimens show- the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods. 1 LEONARD MOREY.
