To all wlwm it may cofzwewn Be it known that I, ALDERIC DESATNT, a citizen of the Dominion of Canada, residing at Providence, county of Providence, and State of Rhode Island, and doing business at 1675 Wlestminster Street in said city, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for certain med- icines and pharmaceutical preparations~ viz., medicine for catarrh, tonic for purify- ing the blood, hair tonic, medicine for rheu- matism and impure blood, ear medicine, and eye water, in Class No. 6, Chemicals, medi- cines, and pharmaceutical preparations. The trade-mark has been used continuously since January 1, 1920. The trade-mark is applied or affixedito the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. State of Rhode Island county of Provi- used byhim in commerce among the several dence, ss: ALDERIC DESAINT, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes himself to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be cal- culated to deceive; that said trade-mark is States of the United States (and between the United States and foreign nations, and particularly with the Dominion of Canada) ; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the trademark as actually used_upon the goods.
