Serial No. 119,029. STATEME.NT. To all whom it may concern: Be it known that DEXTER YARN COMPANY, a corporation under the laws of the State of Rhode Island, and located in the city of Pawtucket, in said State, and doing busi- ness at 48 Broadway, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, has adopted for its use the trade- mark shown in the accompanying drawing. Said trade-mark is used upon mercerized cotton thread and yarn for embroidery, knitting and crocheting, in Class 43, Thread and yarn. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since April 1, 1905. The trade-mark is applied or aiiixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown, and also by stenciling, banding, labeling or ticketing said trade-mark upon the receptacle contain- ing the goods. BRENNAN, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the secretary of the corporation the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes that the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or asso- ciation, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark, either in the _identical form or in any such nearresemblance thereto as might be calcu- lated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the drawing presented truly represents the trade-mark sought to be registered; that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
