That the said trade-mark has been con-. tinuously used in the business of said cor- poration since May lst, 1920. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. C State of New York, city and county of New York, ss:- HARRY H. `GOLDSTEIN being duly sworn, deposes and says: that he is the president of GOLDSTEIN-LASAR COMPANY, INO., the ap- plicant named in the foregoing instrument; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be regis- tered; that no other person, firm, corpora- tion or association, to the best of his knowl- edge, information and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or any such near resemblance thereto, as may be calculated to deceive; that the said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States in the United States, and that the descriptionand drawings presented duly represent the trade-mark sought to be regis- tered, and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
