Be it known that we, Vnzzi BROS., a firm domiciled in New York, county of New York, and State of New York, doing busi- ness at 34.1 East 124th Street, New York, N. Y., and composed of GIUSEPPE Vnzzi and GIOVANNI Vnizi, citizens of Italy, but both having declared our intention of becoming citizens of the United States, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the ac- companying drawing, for musical instru- ments, particularly pianos, violins, violas, violoncellos, guitars, banjos, and parts there- of, in Class 36, Musical instruments and sup- plies. _ The trade-mark has been continuously used in our business since about November 1st, 1920.
