AGT OF FEBRUARY 20, 1905. 151,288. Registered Jan. 24, 1922. Application nled May 9, 1921. Serial No. 147,491. STATEMENT. ' To all whom it may concern : Be it known that I, ARBIIN H. VVITTEN- BERG, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in the city of Los Angeles, county of Los Angeles, State of California, and doing business at No. 772 S. Los An- geles Street, in said city and State, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing. The particular description of goods to which the said trade-mark is appropriated, is silk lisle and cotton hosiery for men, women, children and infants, in Class 39, Clothing. The said trade mark has been used con- tinuously in the business of the applicant since February, 1915. The trade-mark is applied or ailixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same by placing thereon printed labels upon which the trade-mark is shown. ARMIN H. WITTENBERG. _ 7./~' . WVITTENBERG being duly sworn deposes and says that he is the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he verily believes that the foregoing statement is true; that he believes he is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation or association to the best of his knowledge and belief has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that such trade- among the several States of the United States and that the description and drawing pre- sented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered and the specimens (or fac- similes) show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
