To aZZ whom it may concem: Be it known that the BLUIMBERG MOTOR NIANUFAGTURING Co., a corporation, duly organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, and located at San Antonio, in the county of Bexar and State of Texas, and doing business at 633 North Mesquite Street, San Antonio, Texas, hast adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for tractors, in Class #23, Cut- lery, machinery, and tools, and parts thereof. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since April 1915. The trade-mark is applied or aifxed to the goods by printing the same directly thereon. BLUMBERG, being duly sworn, deposes and says he is the president of the corporation, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation or asso- ciation, to the: best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form, or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that the s_aid trade-mark is used by the ap- plicant in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the draw- ing presented truly represents the trade- mark sought to be registered; that the speci- mens (or fac similes) show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods; that the mark has been in bona fide use for not less than one year in interstate commerce by the applicant; and that his full first name is as signed hereto. .
