Be it known that JULIUS I{ALISH INC., a corporation duly created, organized, audi existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of New York, and located in the borough of Manhattan, city and county of New York, in said State, and doing business at :/:/:383 Grand Street, in the said borough, city, and State, has adopted and used the trade-mark sho-wn in the accompanying drawing, for a powder used as an insect destroyer, in Class 6, Chemicals, medicines, and pharmaceutical preparations. The mark has been used continuously in the business of the said corporation since April 10th, 1921. The trade-mark is aflixed or applied to the receptacles containing the gozoids or to the packages in which they are 'placed by affix- ing thereto a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. KILINSEKT State of New York county of New York ss: LEON GAWURIN, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is the secretary and treasurer of the coirporation, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes the said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be regis- tered; that no other person, Hrm, corpora- tion or association to the best of his knowl- edge and belief, has the right to uso the said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in such near resem- blance thereto as might be calculated #0 -de- ceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the de- scription and drawing presented truly rep- resent the trade-mark sought to be regis- tered, and that the specimens show the mark as actually used upon the goods.
