Be it known that I, JOHN R.K1RK1>ArR1cK, Jr., a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of Atlanta., county of Fulton, State of Georgia, and doing business under the trade name of JOHN R. KIRKPATRICK, JR., & Co., at No. 238 E. 5th St., in said city, have adopted for my use the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for a prepa- ration for use internally in the treatment of headaches, colds, neuralgia, lumbago, rheu- matism, sciatica, toothache, earache, and nervousness, in Class 6, Chemicals, medi- cines, and pharmaceutical preparations. The trade-mark has been continuously used irégmy business since the 15th day of April, 1 1. The trade-mark is applied or aflixed to the goods or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. JOHN R. KIRKPATRICK, Jn.
