To all (whom it may concern: Be it known that Nnw YORK QURBRACHO EXTRACT COMPANY, a corporation duly or- ganized and existing under the laws of the tate of New York, and located in the bor- ough of Manhattan of the city, county, and State of New York, and doing business at No. 80 Maiden Lane, in said borough of Manhattan, city of New York, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the ac- companying drawing, for tanning extracts, in Class 6, Chemicals, medicines, and phar- maceutical preparations. The trade mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since on or about April 26th, 1921. MACKINTOSH, being duly” sworn, deposes and says that he is the treasurer of NEW YORK QUEBRACHO EXTRACT COMPANY, the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that he believes the fore- going statement to be true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation or association to the best of his knowledge and belief has the right to use said trade mark in the United States either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade mark is used by said co-rporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented represent the trade mark sought to be registered; that the specimens show the trade mark as actually used upo-n the goods.
