' To all w/tom it may concern: Be it known that the RUB-TEX PRODUCTS, ING., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Indiana, and located in the city of Indianapolis, county of Marion, in said State, and doing business at 1402 North “lest Street, in the city of Indianapo- lis, State of Indiana, has adopted for its use the trade-mark shown in the accompany- ing drawing, for electric - storage - battery boxes, tops for electric-storage-battery boxes, and screw caps for electric-storage-battery boxes, in Class No. 21, Electrical apparatus, machines, and supplies. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since February 15, 1921. LEGGE, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the secretary of the cor- poration, the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that he believes the fore- going statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other per- son, firm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark, either in the identical form or in any such near resem- blance thereto as might be calculated to de- ceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the draw- ing presented truly represents the trade- mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens show the trademark as actually used upon the goods.
