Be it known that we, BIRKENFELD, STRAUSS & Co., doing business as BIRGHFIELD MILLS APRON Co., a firm domiciled in New York, county of New York, State of New York, doing business at 31-33 WV. 27th Street, in said city, and composed of the following members, BENJ. BIRKENFEIID, Louis BIR1{EN~ FELD, HENRY M. S'rRAUss, and ABRAHAM S'rRAUss, citizens of the United States of America, have adopted and used the trade- mark shown in the accompanying drawing, Sally- for aprons, bungalow aprons, and house dresses, in Class 39, Clothing. The trade-mark has been continuously used in our business since February 11, 1921. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by printing or stamping the trade- mark on labels attached to the articles or packages.
