To att zo/tom it may concern: Be it known that we, BoNov1N, Lmrrrnn, a corporation duly organized under the laws of Great Britain, and located in the city of Liverpool, Lancashire, England, and doing business at 116s Islington, in said city of Liverpool, have adopted for our use the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing. The trade-mark has been continuously used in our business since Sth February, 1890. The class of merchandise to which the trade-mark is appropriated is Class 46, Foods and ingredients of foods, and the par- ticular description of goods comprised in said class upon which said trade-mark is used is malt food. The trade-mark is usually displayed on the packages containing the goods, by plac- ing thereon a printed label on which the BONOVIN, LIMITED, By A. JONES, Secretary. same is shown. DECLARATION. JoNns being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is secretary of the corporation the applicant named in the foregoing state- ment; that he believes the foregoing state- ment is true; that he believes the said cor- poration to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance there- to as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark has been registered in Great Britain, date of regn. 5th June 1919, No. of registration 391987, that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade- mark sought to be registered, and that the specimens or facsimiles show the trade mark as actually used upon the goods.
