To all 'whom it may concerns' Be it known that COLE-GRANAs~ENDERL1N COMPANY, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of California, and located in the city of Los Angeles, county of Los Angeles, in said State, and doing business at No. 752 South Los Angeles Street, in the city of Los Angeles, State of California, has adopted and used the trade- mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for child’s romper, in Class No. 39, Clothing. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since November 1, 1920. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown or by other- wise marking, printing or impressing the trade-mark on the goods or packages there- for. r COLE-GRANAS-ENDERLIN COMPANY, By ABRAHAM F. GRANAS, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the vice-president of the corporation, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statementilis true; that he be- lieves said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or associa- tion, to the best of his knowledge and be- lief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive, that said trade-mark is used by said cor- poration in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the de- scription and drawing presented truly rep- present the trade-mark_ sought to be regis- tered; and that 'the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
