To aZZ 'whom it may concerm' Be it known that the EFFICIENCY ELEG- 'rnic CORPORATION, a corporation duly or- ganized under the laws of the State of New York, and located at 124 VVhite St., in the city of New York, county of New York, and State of New York, and doing business thereat, has adopted for its use the trade- mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for electrical phonograph motors, in Class No. 21, Electrical apparatus, machines, and supplies. f The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since June 29, 1920. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown, or by stamp- ing or printing the trade-mark directly upon the goods. ' However, in this connec- tion, applicant is not claiming the word “Motor.” EFFICIENCY ELECTRIC CORPORATION, Per THOMAS B. DOE, President. DECLARATION.. Don, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is the president of the corporation, the applicant in the fore- going statement; that he believes the fore- going statement is true; that he believes the said corporation is the owner of the trade- mark sought to be registeredythat no other person, firm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use the said trade-mark in the iden- tical form, or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade mark is used by said corpo- ration in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the drawing pre- sented truly represents the trade-mark sought to be registered, and that the fac- similes show the trade-mark as actually used on the goods.
