To all 'whom it may concern: Be it known that, THE LIMA PHOTO-EN- GRAVING Oo., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, and located in and doing business at 111% YVest North Street, Lima, Ohio, has adopted and used the trade-mark ‘shown in the accom- panying drawing, for pamphlets, leaflets, and circulars devoted to photo-engraving subjects, in Olass 88, Prints and publica- tions, the words “The Lima Photo-Engraw ing Oo.” appearing on the drawing being disclaimed apart from the mark shown. The trademark has been continuously used in the business of the said corporation since Feb. 1, 1921. The trademark is applied or affixed by direct printing on the pamphlets, leaflets, or circulars. LIPPINCOTT, being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the secretary- treasurer of TITE LIMA PIIOTO-ENGRAVING Oo., the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corpo- ration is the owner of the trademark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trademark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive, that said trademark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trademark sought to be reg- istered; and that the specimens show the trademark as actually used upon the goods.
