Serial No. 151,809. ` STATEMENT. To all whom it may concern: Be it known that THE PIONEER TAR SOAP COMPANY, a corporation duly organized un- der the laws of the State of Ohio, and lo- cated in the city of Dayton and county of Montgomery, in said State, and doing busi- ness at the corner of Huffman Ave. and St. ,Paul St., in Dayton, aforesaid, has adopted and used the trade-mark “OlOno,” shown in the accompanying drawing, for soaps, in Olass 4, Abrasive, detergent, and polishing materials. The trademark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since April 27, 1921. The trademark is applied, or affixed, to the goods or to the packages .containing the _same by printing or otherwise affixing the trademark to the carton or wrapper in which the soap is sold, and by impressing the same into the cake of soap. LOHMAN being duly sworn de- poses and says that he is vice-president of the corporation, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of_ the trademark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation or as- sociation, to thebest of his knowledge and belief has the right to use said trademark in the United States either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance there~ to as might be calculated to deceive; that said trademark has been used in commerce among the several States of the United States and particularly between the State of Ohio and the State of West Virginia; that the description and drawing presented truly represent. the trademark sought to be registered, and that the specimens show the trademark as actually used upon the "goods, VVALTER C.
