Be it known that CENTRAL BOND & Mom*- GAGE Co., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, and lo- cated in the city of Chicago, county of Cook, in the State of Illinois, and doing business at No. 208 South La Salle Street, in the city of Chicago, in the State of Illinois, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing. The particular description of goods to which said trademark is appropriated is: a publication issued monthly, in Class 38: Prints and publications. The trade mark has been used continuously in the business of the applicant since June 1, 1921.
