To all whom it may concern Be it known that we, INTERNATIONAL Asso- GIATION or LroNs CLUBS, an Illinois corpora- tion doing business at 332 South Michigan Avenue, in the city of Chicago, State of Illi- nois, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for a monthly periodical, in Class 38, Prints and publications. The trade-mark (consisting of the words Lions Club Magazine”) has been continu- ously used in the business of the said cor- poration since November, 1918, and is af- fixed to the goods by imprinting the trade- mark thereon. MELVIN' JoNns, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is secretary of the INTER- NATIONAL ASSOCIATION or LIONS `CLUBS, the corporation named as the applicant in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation to be the owner of the trade- mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States of America, on merchandise of the same descriptive properties as those recited in the foregoing statement; that said mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States and between the United States and the Dominion of Canada; that the descrip- tion and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; that the specimens show the trade-mark as ac- tually used upon the goods; and that the mark has been in bona ide use for not less than one year in interstate and foreign com- merce.
