To all w/tom it mag/ concern: Be it known that the OLD FASHIONED MILLERS, INC., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, located and doing business in the city of St. Paul, county of Ramsey, and State of Minne- sota, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for lpreécl, in Class 46, Foods and ingredients of oo s. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of-said corporation, or those from whom title is derived, since about J an- uary 1910. SAUER, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is secretary of the corpora- tion, the applicant named in the foregoing statement, that he believes the foregoing statement to be true, that he believes said cor- poration to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered, and that no other person, firm, cor-poration, or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use the trade-mark, either in the identical form or in any such near resem- blance thereto as might be calculated to de- ceive, and that the trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; and that the description and drawing presented truly represents the trade-mark sought to be reg- istered; and that the specimens (or fac- similes) show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods, and that the mark has been in bona iide use for not less than one year in interstate commerce by the applicant or its predecessors in business.
