Be it known that the AMERICAN HOMINY COBIPANY, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, located in the city of Indianapolis, county of Marion, State of Indiana, and doing busi- ness in the Fletcher Savings Trust Building, in said city, with a branch known as C, lo~ cated in the city of Decatur, county of Ma- con, State of Illinois, has heretofore adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the ac- companying drawing, for wheat flour in Class No. 46, Foods and ingredients of foods, The trademark has been continuously used in its business since April 8, 1919. RICHARDS, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is secretary and treas- urer of the AMERICAN I-IOMINY CODIPANY, the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered, that no other person, firm, cor- poration or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that the said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the drawing presented truly represents the trade-niark sought to be registered, and that the specimens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
