To all whom it may concern: Be it known that I, HENRY SHOFNER BRO\\'N, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in the city of Seattle, county of King, State of Vllashington, and doing business at No. 1914 Federal Ave., in said city and State, and doing business un- der the name and style of LUXURY KITCH- ENs, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing. _ The particular description of goods to which said trademark is appropriated is mayonnaise, salad dressing, Thousand Is- land dressing, in Class 46, Foods and in- gredients of foods. t _ The trademark has been used continuously in the business of the applicant since No- vember 15, 1920. The trade-mark is applied or aiiixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same by placing thereon printed labels upon which the trade-mark is shown. HENRY SHOFN ER BROVVN. HENRY SHOFNER BROVVN being duly sworn deposes and says that he is the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he verily believes that the foregoing statement is true; that he believes he is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered, that no other person, firm, corporation or asso- ciation to the best of his knowledge and be- lief has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that such trade-mark is used by the applicant in com- merce among the several States of the United States and that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered and the specimen (or facsimiles) show the trade- mark as actually used upon the goods. ` HENRY SHOTFNER BROTVN.
