To all whom it may concern.: Be it known that THE FLEXSTONE FLOOR- ING COMPANY, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, and located in the city of Columbus, Ohio, coun- ty of Franklin, in said State, and doing busi- ness at No. 209 South High Street, in the city of Columbus, State of Ohio, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the ac- companying drawing, (no claim is made to the words “Plastic Flooring” apart from the mark shown on the drawing), for com- position ilooring, in Class No. 12, Construc- tion materials. The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since the 6th day of J une, 1914. The trade-mark is applied or aflixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. THE FLEXSTONE FLOORING COMPANY, » By N. KIENLE, being duly sworn, deposes and says that she is the secretary of the corporation, the applicant named in the fore- going statement; that she believes the fore- going statement is true; that she believes said corporation is the owner of the trade- mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporationor association, to the best of her knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trademark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade- mark is used by said corporation in com- merce among the several States of theUnited States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trademark sought to be registered; and that the speci- mens show the trademark as actually used upon the goods. ` N.
