' To all 'whom it may concern : Be it known that the SALSBURG REFINING COMPANY, 'Il/ED., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Louisiana, and located and having a place of business in Lauderdale, parish of Saint James, and State' of Louisiana, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for sugar, table and cooking sirups, and molasses, in Class 46, Foods and ingredients of foods. l KE The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since Oc- tober 15th, 1919. The trade-mark is applied to the goods by means of printed labels affixed to packages containing the goods, by printing or stencil- ing the mark upon the packages, or by im- pressing the mark in metallic containers. LEBERMUTH, being 'duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the secretary and treasurer of the corporation, the appli- cant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no person, firm, corporation, or associa- tion, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use 'said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade- mark sought to be registered; and that the specimens sliow the trade-markjas actually used upon the goods.
