To all whom it may omwefm: ~ Be it known that I, CARL SCHNEIDER, a citizen of the United States of America, re- siding at Nutley, county of Essex, State of New Jersey, and doing business at 28 YVood- land Avenue, in said city, have adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accom- panying drawing for check valves, siphons, cocks, automatic valves, metal tubes, metal piping, metal pipe fittings, metal flexible tubing, in Class No. 13, Hardware and plumbing and steam-fitting supplies. The trade-mark has been continuously used in my business since April lst, 1921. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods-, or to the packages containing the same, by placing thereon at printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. The word “Automatic” appearing in the mark is disclaimed apart from the mark shown by the drawing. _ C-ALRL s=oHNE1DER_ 4241!/7Ol\’\,/>§\\Q> DECLARATION. ‘ State of New York, county of New York, ss: CARL SCHNEIDER, being duly sworn de- poses and says that he is the applicant named in the foregoing statement; that he believes the foregoing statement is true-; that he believes himself to be the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or asso- ciation, to the best of his knowledge and be- lief, has the right to; use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance there- to as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is used by him in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; andpthat the speci- mens show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods.
