UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE Act of February 20, 1905 Application September 14, 1938 Serial No. 341,588 POLORIS To the Commissioner of Patents: Poloris Company, Inc., a corporation duly or- ganized under the laws of the State of New York, and located at New York, New York, and doing business at 79 East 130th Street, New York, New York, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for POUL- TICES, , in Class 6, Chemicals, medi- cines, and pharmaceutical preparations; and pre- sents herewith five specimens showing the trade- mark as actually used by applicant upon the goods; and requests that the same be registered m the United States Patent Office in accord- ance with the act of February 20, 1905. The trade-mark has been continuously used in appli- cant’s business and applied to said poultices smce January 19, 1915 and to said tablets since August 2, 1933. The trade-mark is applied or / aflixed to the goods by placing on the boxes con- taining the goods a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown, or by printing the trade- mark directly on the boxes. Applicant is the owner of U. S. trade-mark registration No. 104,- 406, dated May 25, 1915. The undersigned hereby appoints Knight Brothers (registration No. 1710), of 2 Rector Street, New York, New York, said firm consist- ing of Harry E. Knight, William E. Knight, Oc- tavius Knight, and Ray T. Ernst, its attorneys, with full power of substitution and revocation, to prosecute this application, to make altera- tions and amendments therein, to receive the certificate, and to transact all business in the Patent Oflice connected therewith.
