STATEMENT To all whom it may concern: Be it known that Flying Film Company, Inc., a. corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Texas, and located at San Antonio, Texas, and doing business at No. 1734 Broadway, San Antonio, Texas, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying draw- ing, for PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS, in Class 38, Prints and publications, and presents herewith ive specimens or facsimiles showing the trade- mark as actually used by applicant upon the goods, and requests that the same be registered in the United States Patent Oflice in accordance with the act of February 20, 1905, as amended. The trade-mark has been continuously used and applied to said goods in applicant’s business since December 3, 1932. The trade-mark is applied or aiiixed to the goods, or to the packages containing the same by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-mark is shown. The word “Pictures” is disclaimed for registra. tion purposes apart from the mark shown in the drawing. The trade-mark consists of a representation of an elephant wearing a blanket on which the word Jumbo and the representation of a camera appears, under which is the Word Pictures. The Lmdersigned hereby appoints Mida, Valen- tine and Richards, a firm composed of Lee W. Mida, Braydon G. Richards and James S. Valen- tine, whose postal address is 537 S. Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois, its attorneys, to prose- cute this application for registration, with full powers of substitution and revocation, and to make alterations and amendments therein, to re- ceive the certiiicate and to transact all business in the Patent Oiice connected therewith.
