LOANS, FURNISHING CREDIT INFORMA- TION, COMMERCIAL CHECKING ACCOUNTS, SPECIAL CHECKING ACCOUNTS, SPECIAL INTEREST ACCOUNTS, SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES, FOREIGN EXCHANGE., INVEST- MENT SERVICES, TRUST SERVICES, COL- LECTION SERVICES, TRAVELERS CHECKS, REGISTER CHECKS, BANK DRAFTS, UNITED STATES SAVINGS BONDS, AND NIGHT DE- POSITORY SERI/TCE--in Class 102, Insurance and financial, and presents herewith ive speci- mens showing the service mark as actually used in connection with the sale or advertising of such services; the service mark being used as follows: By printing on advertisements of the services, and requests that the same be registered in the United States Patent Ofiice on the Princi- pal Register in accordance with the act of July 5, 1946. i The service mark was nrst used on May 21, 1948, and first used in the sale or advertising of services and the services rendered, in com- merce among the several States which may law- fully be regulated by Congress on May 21, 1948. The drawing is stippled for shading purposes. Applicant disclaims all the wording shown in the drawing except in connection with the mark shown in the drawing. (Declaration) Robert P. Johnson, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is assistant cashier of Lincoln National Bank and Trust Company of Syracuse, the applicant named in the foregoing statement, that he believes that said association is the owner of the service mark which is in use in commerce among the several States and that no other per- son, nrm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use such service mark in commerce which may law- fully be regulated by Congress either in the identical form thereof or in such near resem- blance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that the drawing and description truly represent the service mark sought to be registered; that the specimens show the service mark as actually used in connection with the sale or advertising of services, and that the facts set forth in the statement are true.
