Act of 1946 Application July 25, 1947, Serial No. 529,442 ¢'-7' 9' I 4 *iv "’ |.\\‘ ( Statement) Delta Air Lines, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Louisi- ana and having its oiiice and principal place of business at Municipal Airport, Atlanta, Georgia, has adopted and is using the Service mark shown in the accompanying drawing, in the AIR TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS, MAIL, AND EXPRESS, in Class 105, Transportation and storage, and presents herewith live specimens showing the service mark as actually used in con- nection with the sale or advertising of such serv- ices; the service mark being used as follows: upon time tables, and airplanes, and requests that the same be registered in the United States Patent Office in the Principal Register in accordance with the Trade-Mark Act of July 5, 1946. The words “Air Lines” are disclaimed apart from the mark as shown. The service mark was first used in July 1934, and was iirst used in the sale and advertising of services and in the Services rendered in commerce among the several States which may lawfully be regulated by Congress in July 1934.
