Serial No. 10,522. ` ' STATEMENT- To all whom, at may concermv A ` Be it known that I, SOL LEVINSON, a citi- zen of the United States, residing and domi- ciled at Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, and doing business at 1563 Paciiic street, in said city of Brooklyn, have adopted for my use the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing. The trade-mark has been continuously used in my business since May 1, 1904. _ The class of merchandise to which the trade-mark is appropriated is Class 45, 'Bev- erages, non-alcoholic, and the particular de- scription of goods comprised in said class upon which I use said trade-mark is a celery tonic beverage. The trade-mark is usually displayed on the packages containing the goods by placing thereon a printed label on which the same is shown. SOL LEVINSON. <.i__..
