STATEMENT- To all whom it may concern: Be it known that the MILLSTADT BREWVERY COBIPANY, a corporation duly organized un- der the laws of the.State of Illinois, and located in the city of Millstadt, county of St. Clair, in said State, and doing business on the north side of Oak street, between Main and Monroe streets, in the city of Mill- stadt, State of Illino'» has heretofore adopt- ed and used the trzige-inark shown in the accompanying drawing, for bottled beer, in Class No. 48, Malt extracts and liquors. The trade-mark has been continuously used in its business since June 22, 1909. The trade-mark is applied or affixed to the goods or to the packages containing the saine by placing thereon a printed label on which the trade-inark is shown.
