To all whom it mag/ concern; Be it known that J ACOBSEN MANUFACTUR- ING COMPANY, a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of \Visconsin and located in the city of Racine, county of Racine, in said State, and doing business at 15th and Clark streets, in the city of Racine and State of WVisconsin, has adopted and used the trade»mark shown in the accom- panying drawing, for lawn-mowers, in Class 23, Cutlery, machinery, and tools, and parts thereof. 7 The trade-mark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since January lst, 1921. The trade-mark is applied or aflixed to the goods by being stenciled thereon, or by ap- plying decalcomania thereto. JACOBSEN MANUFACTURING COMPANY, By OSCAR T. JACOBSEN, being duly sworn, deposes and says that he is the secretary of the cor- poration, the applicant named in the fore~ going statement; that he believes the fore- going statement is true; that he believes said corporation is the owner of the trade-mark sought to be registered; that no other per- son, firm, corporation or association, to the best of his knowledge and belief, has the right to use said trade-mark in the United States, either in the identical form or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to deceive; that said trade-mark is usedby said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States; that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trade-mark sought to be registered; that the facsimiles show the trade-mark as actually used upon the goods. ` O.
