' To all 'whom it may 'concern' Be it known that THE JEFFERSON FORGE PRODUCTS COMPANY, a corporation duly or- ganized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Michigan, and hav- ing its principal offices and place of busi- ness located at the city of Detroit, county of \Vayne, in said State, and doing business at Nos. 12341-12441 Jefferson avenue east, in said city of Detroit, has adopted and used the trade-mark shown in the accompanying drawing, for steel drop-forgings, in Class No. le, Metals and metal castings and forg- ings. » W , The trademark has been continuously used in the business of said corporation since April twenty-ifth, 1921. The trademark is applied or aiiixed to the goods by casting or stamping the same di- rectly upon the metal of which the goods are formed. THE JEFFERSON FORGE PRODUCTS COMPANY, By CHAS. E. WADE, V. P. & General Manager. ` , DEOLARATION. State of Michigan, county of Elayne, ss: CHARLES E. WADE, being duly sworn, de- poses and says that he is the vice president and general manager of the corporation, the applicant named in the foregoing state- ment; that he believes the foregoing state- ment is true; that he believes said corpora- tion is the owner of the trademark sought to be registered; that no other person, firm, corporation, or association, to the best of his knowledge' and belief, has the right to use said trademark in the United States, either in the identical form o-r in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated to_deceive; that said trademark is used by said corporation in commerce among the several States of the United States;_that the description and drawing presented truly represent the trademark sought to be registered; and that the facsimiles show the trademark as actually used upon the goods.
